Knurling Machine is used for the process of knurling the caps and to provide accurate shape. P.P Caps are fed into the machine by a feeder device and delivered to a combination toolset. This toolset performs the knurling, beading, and perforating operation to the caps. Parts of the machine such as knurling and perforated cutters can be easily replaced, without and need to dismantle. It is controlled by the gear and features such as straight alignment of the knurling tool, thus ensuring that the cap does not move here and there. The knurling tool cuts fine in gear hob matching with the spindle ratio, resulting in a butter finish without any overlap on the cap. It also ensures extended tool life. We offer multi-spindle knurling machines for different dimensions of P.P Caps depending upon the production capacity as required by the customer.
